By accessing or using FlyerEmpyre, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

You must be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction (typically 18+ or 21+) to participate in any leaderboard, raffle, giveaway, or daily wheel. We reserve the right to verify age and disqualify any account that misrepresents eligibility.

FlyerEmpyre is a community affiliate of partner casinos. We do not accept deposits or wagers. All gameplay happens on the partner platform under their terms; we route promotional rewards to qualifying users.

Linking your casino username binds your account to your Discord identity for the purposes of leaderboard credit, daily-wheel eligibility, and reward distribution. Linking the same username across multiple platforms is not permitted.

Multi-accounting, bonus abuse, collusion, manipulation of wager data, exploiting bugs, harassment of other users, or any behavior that the operator deems unsporting will result in permanent disqualification and forfeiture of all unclaimed rewards.

Reward amounts and prize structures are subject to change. Daily wheel + leaderboard prize pools are calculated and distributed by the operator at the close of each cycle. We make no guarantee of specific prize amounts or distribution timing.

FlyerEmpyre is provided "as is". We are not liable for losses incurred while wagering on partner platforms. Gambling involves risk; only wager what you can afford to lose.
